Anyway great post about reaching your goals. It is so true that to reach your goals you need to know what they are and get uncomfortable, well at least for most of us. When you have finally accomplished several of you goals you tend to be more natural at getting into the zone and it doesn't take on such and harsh process. So you should look at it like it is a huge reward getting uncomfortable for awhile so you can be comfortable... LOL.
